  • API keys. If you create an AMD API key, we store the key and associate it with your account so the shortcut can authenticate download requests.
  • Service usage. When you use All Media Downloader, our servers receive the URLs you submit for download, technical request metadata (such as timestamps and error codes), and information needed to fulfill the request.
  • Device and browser data. Our website may receive standard log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We also store your theme preference in local storage on your device.
  • Advertising data. When we show ads through Google AdSense, Google may collect or receive information from your browser or device (such as cookies, device identifiers, and pages viewed) as described in the Advertising section below.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve All Media Downloader and related shortcuts
  • Authenticate your account and API key
  • Process subscriptions and manage billing status
  • Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues

Data retention

We retain account and subscription information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and meet legal requirements. Server logs and usage records are kept only as long as needed for operations and security.

Your choices

  • You may sign out of your account at any time from the dashboard. To delete your account or request removal of personal data, email us at founder@1mrnewton.com.
  • You can revoke API keys from your dashboard. Revoked keys stop working immediately for new downloads.
  • You can clear site data in your browser to remove locally stored preferences such as theme settings.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International users

We operate from the United States. If you access our services from other regions, your information may be processed in the United States or where our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of our services after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
